Ring Size Guide
To determine your ring size, start by wrapping a thin, non-stretchy strip of paper or a piece of string snugly around the base of your finger where you intend to wear the ring. Ensure it's not too tight, leaving enough room to comfortably slide over your knuckle. Once wrapped, use a pen or marker to precisely mark the point where the ends of the paper or string meet, creating a clear indication of the circumference. Finally, carefully lay the marked strip of paper or string flat against a ruler to measure the length from the starting point to the marked point. This measurement, in millimeters or inches, represents the circumference of your finger and can be converted to a ring size using a standard ring size chart seen below.
Product Information
Orders from the website can take up to 2 weeks, while custom made to order items may take up to 4 weeks. If you need your order by a specific date, we will do our best to meet your request.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post Express, and any order over $200 will be insured for loss or damage, which may raise the shipping cost. If your parcel is lost or damaged, we will help you resolve the issue. Customers are responsible for any import charges, and we always mark parcels with the correct value for insurance purposes.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. All our items are made to order, so all sales are final. If your piece gets damaged because of a mistake in making it, we will fix it or remake it for free. However, if it is damaged from normal use and wear, we can repair it, but there will be a fee, which we will decide after checking the piece. We offer a resize service for $30, for postage both ways. This means you can send your item to us, and we'll resize it for you at a set cost. However, please remember that some products cannot be resized. This is because they are made with delicate stones that can be damaged by heat.
For gold plated pieces it is important to remove them before you go swimming, take a shower, or use perfumes, cleaning products, and sunscreen. Water and chemicals can damage the gold layer, causing it to wear off. If you don't take these precautions, your gold-plated items might lose their shine and colour.
